Antique Pair Of Bronze Ship Candle Holders, French, early 20th century. Please see all pictures as they are the most important part of the description.
These candle holders are in great condition, and can be used either free standing or mounted on a wall. Both work well and have movable suspension, in order to allow the candle holders to adjust themselves as the ship was moving. One is a little more tight than the other.
The patina has developed evenly and emphasizes the sculptural ornamentation throughout both pieces.
This beautiful pair is suitable for maritime decor, cottagecore interiors, or grandmacore decor.
Dimensions: Length approx. 10.2 in, diameter of the wall plate approx. 4.7 in. Suitable for candles with a diameter of approximately 3/8\" (7/8\" would also fit very tightly).
