Offered here is a lovely pair of antique porcelain plates decorated by the renowned Richard Klemm studio of Dresden, Germany, circa 1890s–1910s. Klemm\'s studio (founded 1869) was one of the most respected Dresden decorating houses, known for fine hand-painted work in the Meissen tradition.Each plate features a molded rococo scalloped rim and swirled, fluted well. The centers are hand-painted with delicate scattered \"German flowers\" – roses, pansies, forget-me-nots, and wildflowers. The rims alternate soft colored ground panels with white reserves, each painted with its own floral spray and framed by raised gilt rocaille scrolls.
