• Front cover, binder, and back cover have wear.
• Pages have yellowing due to age.
• Page 423 is detached and has wear on edges.
• The first page has a small 45 written in corner, other than that I could not find any writing, marks, or ripped pages.
• No missing pages
• Inside page has a little of the netting from the binding showing.
• Binding in good 8.25 inches.
• Height: 11 inches.
• Depth: 1.5 inches.
