Beautiful antique Sitzendorf porcelain figurine depicting a seated young woman holding a flower with a colorful basket of flowers beside her. She is finely hand painted with a floral skirt, yellow vest, black-laced bodice, delicate facial features, and gilt-accented base.
The underside bears the green crowned “S” Sitzendorf maker’s mark. Reference sources date this green version of the Sitzendorf mark to approximately 1916–1954, placing the piece in the early-to-mid 20th century.
Condition: Good antique condition overall. No obvious chips, or cracks. No repairs. There is age-related discoloration/residue on the underside of the base, as pictured.
