This is one of the nicer wood tube radios that I have collected over the years, I am selling out to the walls, getting ready to retire.
I believe it dates in the 1930s
Please note that I do not accept returns under any circumstances, this will be well packed and insured and even though it works today.. I sell old electronics as "non-working" AS IS- just to be safe.
I would say that this radio is in very nice cosmetic condition. It appears to have original knobs and grill cloth.
It is missing and any sort of back panel.
It does have one of the nicest dials of any of the radios I have personally owned.
The dial does light up when the knob is turned on.
The volume knob does work as it should and does not have that horrible static noise that most old radios acquire.
And it appears to have been serviced at some point since its inception. there is a newer service sticker on the back.
I don't know when this service was done because I bought it from to display along with my radios, however, it seems to work pretty well, and the volume knob is not noisy or all static,like most that I find, so it must have been cleaned..

Even though it seemed to work well when I tested it today,, and I do show it working in the video-I do not guarantee that it will work after the post handles it.., although I will pack it very carefully.

....however if you watch the video, you can see that the the tubes light up and the volume on /off knob does work, the dial lights up ,and the tuner knob works and I tuned in a station!
I was able to actually tune in an AM station- clearly!
....but as with all of my vintage fragile electronics I am selling this as non-working because I don't know if it will get knocked around in transit and I bought it as non-working- but when I plugged it in today it lit up and worked, hopefully my video has sound, it is in very good condition as you can see!!!
I have not waxed or given the cabinet any TLC so it might even come out better with a little bit of polish but still looks good as it is.
There is an antenna wire and what looks like a newer cord.
