Original antique occupational photograph depicting the workers of the Meyer & Farrar door and sash factory in Carthage, New York, posed outside the factory with a horse-drawn company wagon.
The factory signage is clearly visible and reads “MEYER & FARRAR,” “Doors & Sash,” and “Turning & Job Work.” An example of this same historic image is documented by the North Country at Work archive as showing the Meyer & Farrar factory on the banks of the Black River in Carthage, NY, dating approximately 1900–1910.

Presented in an attractive antique wood frame with gilt and black decorative inner molding. Overall framed size is approximately 14" x 12".
Photograph shows age-related wear and some loss/damage along the lower right edge/corner as pictured. Frame has expected scratches, finish wear and age consistent with an antique piece. Please review photographs carefully for condition.
