This is an authentic early Zira Cigarettes tobacco premium, commonly called a cigarette silk or tobacco flannel, dating approximately 1908–1915.
It depicts the early Zionist flag and includes music and English lyrics from “Hatikvah (The Hope)”—decades before Israel became a state in 1948. That gives it additional appeal as early Zionist/Jewish Americana.
The bottom reads:
ZIRA CIGARETTES — FACTORY No. 7, 5th DIST. N.J.
