Returns

Items for return need to be reported within 1 -2 days of receipt and returned within 7 days from receipt.

Claims and Damaged Merchandise

If buyer receives damaged or broken items during the shipping process, It is the buyers responsibility to take pictures and file a claim with USPS to receive compensation.
Any claims for breakage, damages or loss must be reported To us within 24 hrs of receipt of the order to receive compensation if you are wanting us to file the claim and refund your purchase. The buyer must supply us with detailed pictures of the package and damaged contents so we can file the claim and get refunded.
The buyer must keep possession of the damaged items until we instruct you as to what steps to take in the event we need the items returned to receive compensation.
