I am selling this beautiful vintage Aladdin oil lamp, made from London,is a stunning piece of lighting from the 1900s.
The burner is stamped:
SUPER ALADDINPATGBR AND I.F. STE 294530 27LONDON
That patent number (294530) was filed in 1927, and the “Super Aladdin” burner was used on: Aladdin Model 12 (UK production).
Manufactured between 1928 and 1932.
The shade has a embossed milk-glass shade with beautiful motifs which is exactly the style used in the UK in the late 1920s and early 1930s.
