Charming vintage Bing & Grøndahl Copenhagen porcelain vase, pattern and shape 57/256, featuring the classic Lily of the Valley decoration. Delicate white bell-shaped blossoms and slender gray-green foliage rise against B&G\'s beautiful graduated pale blue and white porcelain ground. The underside bears the three-tower B&G Kjøbenhavn factory mark, Made in Denmark, the hand-painted 57/256 designation, and a decorator\'s mark. Pattern 57 is a documented Bing & Grøndahl Lily of the Valley design and is an attractive example of the company\'s understated Scandinavian floral porcelain.
