DIMENSIONS: Approx. 13.5 inches tall and 8 inches in circumference at bottom,FEATURES:2 brass letter A's on collar (Grade Averified that the can met the highest sanitary design standards required to haul raw milk directly to bottling plants for pasteurization)
1 brass "Fill to This Point" tag on neck (These tags were featured on cans manufactured between 1890 and 1915)
3 embossed markings om body (hard to capture in photos)

• Circular image inscribed "Mass. F Seal" This seal indicated that the can was certified to hold exactly its legally stated capacity (8 quarts) when filled up to the brass "Fill to This Point" tag.

• Image of milk can outline inscribed "HE Wright Co. Charlestown Boston, MA" (This indicates can was manufactured between 1890 and 1910, when the company name changed to H.E Wright & Sons)

• 2-line inscription: "8 Liq Qts/HEW Co" (Identifes the can's legal capacity and manufacturer)
