These brushes will only fit the single head Hamilton Beach models 18 and 18-B Bar mixers. This sale is for ONE SET (two) carbon brushes with New Springs. These two brushes followed by the springs, go in the side of the motor head. Carefully remove the two internal screws, as they are small and under light pressure from the springs. Brushes need to be changed when they have worn down to approximately 3/16", before they wear out completely and the springs scar the armature. Doing it in time saves you a lot in repair costs later.
