Piece of authentic vintage 1950s - 1960s cotton yardage.
This arrived as glazed cotton chintz, but modern laundering removed the shiny finish.
Jaunty and cute novelty print of baskets of flowers and wheat fronds epitomizes optimistic, Mid Century-modest popular illustration.
The palette of bubblegum pink, avocado green, harvest gold, and scarlet red on white dates this design to the late 1950s, early 1960s.
NOTE: in some areas there is a smattering of pale tan dots. See last photo.
Each piece is 34 inches wide X 18 inches long
