Original antique cast iron \"Leaping Rabbit\" carnival shooting gallery target, appears to be manufactured by the legendary H.C. Evans & Co. of Chicago, Illinois, circa 1915–1930. The base bracket is cast with the tell-tale number \"55\", identifying it as part of Evans\' famous #55 continuous-motion chain track gallery system. The reverse side of the rabbit is completely smooth and flat, true to early production runs.
