Subject: Two musician cats, one wearing a pink ribbon and bell and playing a snare drum and the other, lying on a red pillow and playing a harmonica, with a small kitten drinking milk from a pretty saucer. The oval inset looks like the cats are behind torn paper in a tromp l\'oeil or fool-the-eye effect. The background has stripes of metallic silver, holly leaves and berries.
