This Citizen 5RD025 digital alarm clock was originally made for the Japanese domestic market and is designed to operate on AC 100V / 3W power. To help prevent damage or accidents, please use a proper step-down transformer to convert your local voltage to 100V before operating the clock.
There is a 50Hz / 60Hz selector switch on the back of the clock. Please set it according to the frequency used in your area. Incorrect frequency settings may cause inaccurate timekeeping.
The clock has been tested for 5 days under Japanese electrical standards and confirmed to be working properly. However, please understand that this is a vintage electrical item, and long-term operation and electrical safety cannot be guaranteed due to its age.
