Costco Christmas LED Light-Up Musical Village - Motion Does Not Work - Read For Sale

Really beautiful Costco light up Christmas village. All of the lights and music work beautifully. However the train and tree motion in the center does not operate. The tree feels wobbly in its space as well. There is also a broken tree top in the back as pictured. Please reach out to me with any questions. I believe the motion is an easy fix however it is above my skill level. Tree can easily be replaced I think. This is still incredibly festive, beautiful, and magical.
