The first volume is titled Report on Appraisal of Selected Freight Cars dated June 1978. 11pp. Includes detailed study by car series for hopper and gondola cars. Valuations are provided in two tables. The second volume is titled Report on Evaluation of the Economics of Repair for Motive Power and Freight Train Car Equipment dated August 1978. Very detailed look at all freight cars and locomotives including the background on prior and current ownership (locomotives). Recommendations for possible repair and maintenance costs as well as suggesting retirement of selected cars and locomotives.
