DEPT 56 "NEIGHBORHOOD CHRISTMAS SCENE" ~(2004)~ Never Displayed For Sale

This is such a great piece to add color and movement to your village collection! Department 56 Collection
We are liquidating Mom’s extensive collection. These were stored in plastic tubs in a barn in Kentucky. Many items were never displayed but we will be opening every boxed item just to inspect. Of the 50 large storage totes these were in 5 were broken from age and weight and allowed damage to occur. We will be documenting the condition of each item to the best of our ability. I have been on since 2003 and have no intention of lowering my 100% positive rating. We live very rural ourselves and will ship asap generally within 48hrs but we are 50 minutes from the UPS store.
