Exterior sides of bowl are smooth. Inside the bowl sides are raised vertical and rounded top rectangle shaped raised design. The fan shaped handle in the bowl sides is a raised
design inside and raised design
outside. The 5 smooth glass beads on each handle are smooth. The circular exterior bottom of the bowl is raised design on outside of the bowl but is smooth not raised on the inside.
On inside below fan handle is a tiny raised bubble felt from inside bowl.
This 5 inch bowl is a very elegant pretty pink depression glass bowl with the fan handle design and glass bead edging. There are a few light scratches on bottom of the bowl from use or wear.
