Possible restoration, but I'm not a restorer so take my opinion with a grain of salt. There may trimming as those edges look pretty clean to me on a book that I would otherwise expect some edge wear. Also there looks to be sealing to some of the tears on the edges. I will say, though, it presents great for its condition.
Is in lower grade but complete and attached condition with bright colors and great interiors. Other than what's mentioned above, just general wear, stains, bottom staple detached from cover, back cover has a corner tear. See photos for details.
