Disney 1944 Water Birds Babies Print w COA Glow In The Dark By Henry Citroen VTG 8x10”

This adorable rare glow in the dark print is from Disney’s Silly Symphonies “Water Birds” and comes with a letter of authenticity. The print itself is in very good condition, but the frame is lacking glass and needs repair or replacement and is sold “As Is”. I have taken photos in the dark after exposing the print to light and one photo with the print under black light.
