This piece matches the Adams & Co. XCLR / Excelsior pattern, also known as King's Crown or Thumbprint. The pattern was introduced shortly before the 1893 World's Fair and pieces were personalized for visitors at the exposition. 0

The lower clear pressed-glass section features the distinctive King's Crown / Excelsior medallion pattern.
