It looks very lightly used to me.  It does have a spot near the handle and towards the tip where it was mis- sharpened a bit, probably in an electric sharpener, but really has no effect on using it as a nice dicing/chopping/slicing knife. Perfect size for that! The handle is tight and solid with NO cracks, but it is flaking the 1st layer of the laminated handle on one side and is pointed out with a pen- thus the very discounted price!. A touch of glue should fix that. I will sharpen it for you if you remind me in a separate email so I don't forget. Please see the photos as part of the description also.
