•All of my NEW and USED items are stored in a smoke free environment while in my possession. If you have questions about how any items have been stored please ask me and I will try my best to answer any questions you might have. I want my buyers to be happy with all of their purchases. I list the condition of items to the best of my ability. IF my items are NOT AS described, I will correct any discrepancies. If you have a problem with your purchase PLEASE contact me prior to leaving response. I will try to work out any problems my buyers might have with their purchases.
•IF a problem is not brought to my attention, I cannot resolve it. I cannot refund buyers who do not read the description correctly. IF a buyer fails to notice something prior to offerding and does not contact me immediately I will cancel the offer. Once the sale ends and payment is made the sale is final, unless the item is NOT AS described.
•Most of the items I sell are USED. I am not the first owner of these items. Therefore, I cannot say if the items have been in contact with smoke, dogs, cats etc. USED items are sold AS IS. Some of my NEW items come out of damaged boxes, and are sold loose. Loose means not in their original boxes. Loose items are not going to be in perfect condition as they are no longer attached to the cardboard. Items described as coming in damaged boxes are in damaged boxes, but the items are not damaged although people would not consider them as in GIFT GIVING CONDITION.
•Some of my calculated shipping has a $2 handling fee added to cover boxes, bubble wrap, and tape. This handling fee does not apply to all items. Local pickup is always free.
•In the event that I do accept a refund, insured shipping is always paid by the buyer-no exceptions
