Extremely rare official vintage Apple Computer clear acrylic promotional mug featuring the classic “Apple” wordmark in a striking violet-purple color.
A particularly compelling period detail is the color and typography. Apple’s official 1993 corporate identity standards designated “Apple Purple” as Pantone 253, one of the six colors of its historic spectrum identity. The violet-magenta lettering on this mug closely corresponds to that distinctive Apple Purple color family.
The wordmark also uses the classic Apple Garamond-style typography associated with Apple Computer during this era. Apple’s own period identity standards specifically allowed the standalone “Apple” logotype for promotional communications and merchandising.
The mug’s construction is also consistent with known vintage Apple promotional drinkware: heavy clear acrylic with a substantial molded handle and reinforced upper and lower handle attachment points. Similar clear acrylic Apple Computer promotional mugs from the period are documented.
This exact variation is exceptionally difficult to find. Extensive searching has not located another example combining this clear Made in USA acrylic body with the large purple Apple-only wordmark.

Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with noticeable surface scratches and scuffs throughout the clear acrylic from age and use, especially visible under direct light. No major crack or structural damage observed. The purple Apple wordmark remains bright and prominent. Please review photos carefully for exact condition.
