Solid VG+ 4.5 condition, flat and glossy, with small cover pieces out at top and bottom of spine as shown (see images - much smaller (1/8\") pieces are also out at the top of the first 3 pages in the same place), 1/2\" spine split at top, and very minimal wear otherwise.
Interior is in excellent condition, with off-white to white pages, tight centerfold, bright inks, and no creasing, tears, or other missing pieces.
