Offered here, this fine antique Karelian Birch or burl hinged cigarette case or keepsake box. The case measures approximately 5.25 (13.5cm) inches x 3-3/8" (8.5cm) x 1/2" (10cm). Generally good antique condition with minor surface imperfections, some small losses at hinge and a tiny "dutchman" at one side near the hinge as shown in pictures, sold "as is".
