Offering for sale with this buy it now listing is the exact shown very large, handcrafted, stained teakwood statue of a perched eagle on a base. All photos with this listing are taken of the exact item being offered for sale and the exact item you will receive upon purchase. Item was photographed in our yard before we put it inside our garage for safe storage until sold. This statue is very large, as it measures about 7 and half feet left to right, and is very close to that in height as well. Front to back measures about 21 inches. Statue as shown weighs between 100-150lbs. Item was created and carved so that it does come apart into three sections. Each wing of the bird comes off, then you have the large base piece and eagle as one large piece. These stained teakwood statues are made for either indoor or outdoor, as they can withstand the outdoor elements being a stained protected wood. Original owner of this statue had it inside, so it has never been outside in the weather. SHIPPING OPTIONS: We are able to provide to you 3 different options in form of you receiving the item.
First option: you are more than welcome to pick it up from us for no charge, and once paid we have no problem holding it for you for the next 90 days. We are located in south central Kentucky, about one hour north of Nashville Tennessee and only 15 miles from Interstate 65. We are also able to assist and help load.
Second option: we have an establised "USHIP" freight carrier account that we deal and use often for shipping large items here on . This is where a private independant contractor will pick up the item from us and deliver it to you. This will be the cheaper form of a paid shipment, however it could possibly take 2-4 weeks for the item to get to you, in addition the shipper will just deliver the item to your home, they will not however put the item together. With that being said, it is not hard to put the wings back onto the middle section. To do so safely takes 2 people and a step ladder. In addition we recommend having a heavy duty industrial dolly to move safely. We estimate this cost to be between $350-550 just depending on your location in approximity to ours. Third Option: We will bring the item to you personally and set it up in the location you want. As mentioned we are in south central Kentucky, we prefer to limit this option to a one-way 500 mile radious. We have done this several times over our 23 years here selling on , so we have the experience, and equipment needed to do this. This naturally will be your most expensive option, HOWEVER will be your fastest option as we can bring it within 7 days of purchase, please just contact us with your location for a quote for you. A good rough estimate is basically one dollar a mile round trip from our location to yours.
