Graf Zeppelin commemorative plate.In good condition. Rare 1928 Heinrich & Co. LZ 127 Graf Zeppelin plate with a scene depicting the zeppelin flying over a mountain lake. The Zeppelin is marked "D-LZ 127 Graf Zeppelin" and has a "D" on the tail rudder. Produced the year the Graf Zeppelin was launched.The plate is white porcelain with gilt and red bands, and an "LZ" crest and banner at the bottom. It measures 9-7/8 inches or 25.1 centimeters in diameter The reverse features the correct pre-1930 Heinrich & Co. Selb Bavaria hallmark. This piece is in good condition with light wear and no chips or cracks. Great colors. Some of the gold gilt is worn.
