Award program boldly signed "With Best Wishes from Harry S. Truman 5-10-65" by HST in black fountain pen. The ceremony, which was held at the Truman Library in Independence, Missouri followed by a lunch at the Muehlebach Hotel in Downtown Kansas City, was for presentation of a model of the Truman Memorial in Athens, Greece. It is dated the same day as the ceremony and was likely signed at the luncheon at the Muehlebach Hotel. Displayed in original antique frame.
