We do our best to photograph our items in the best possible light so that you are able to see every detail and/or imperfection. All of our descriptions are stated to the best of our knowledge. As a result, we make absolutely no warranty on used or pre-owned items. Many of the items we offer are vintage, which have been purchased from estate sales and sales. As such, many of these items have wear and imperfections consistent with their age - which adds to their charm. Some of the items we offer are NEW, with imperfections only in the original packaging. When this is the case, it will be specified in the description. We encourage you to ask questions about the product you are contemplating BEFORE offerding, to ensure an even more stellar shopping experience.

Our Selling/Shipping/Return Policy:

Your payment is expected immediately after your purchase. Please make sure your address is current with and your financial institution before purchase. We will not ship to PO Boxes. If for personal reasons, you find yourself unable to make payment when expected, we understand! We simply ask that you PLEASE communicate with us so that we may cancel your order. This allows us to re-list the item for another buyer and prevents us from having to go through ’s unpaid item process, which negatively affects your standing as an shopper.

We do our best to ship within the time specified in the listing. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will always communicate with you. We use the least expensive method of shipping. Once the package is delivered to the USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, the time it takes for the package to reach you is totally beyond our control. During these challenging times, shipments are often taking 1-2 (sometimes more!) weeks to arrive. If your order is time sensitive, we encourage you to communicate your needs PRIOR to placing the order.

On occasion we upgrade shipping at our cost for buyers. For larger items we occasionally change shipping from USPS 2-3 Days to FedEx 2-3 Days in an effort to keep costs at a minimum.

With very few exceptions, there are NO returns on our items. Please read listing carefully. Again, if you have any questions concerning a listing, please message us prior to purchasing. In the event that your item qualifies for a return, you will need to provide photos of the defect before returning it. Item must be carefully packaged and returned to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no refund will be issued prior to our having received the item back into our store. Once the item is received back and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 2 business days. Qualifying returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
