Haviland Limoges Schleiger 52B Blue Flower Gold Chocolate pot & 2 covered dishes- These are stunning serving pieces that make a statement.
These pieces were made by the Haviland China Company in Limoges, France and designated as Schleiger 52-B which features blank #23 decorated with blue flowers, fern like greenery, and gold trim details. It is factory #11471 as mark on the inside of the lid. It has a ring finial on the lid. It is a stunning piece of antique Haviland china. There are many variations of Schleiger #52 so compare the photos to your china if you are trying to match pieces. These were sold by the Van Heusen Charles Company of Albany New York (see backstamp) They are in beautiful condition with no cracks, chips, repairs, or utensil marks. There is minimal wear on internal trim of dishes when covers are off but not visible with covers on the covered dishes.
Chocolate pot does not have lid but ideal as a watcher or tea picture at your luncheon or dinner.
