Important Information About Enamel Products
Due to the nature of the enamel manufacturing process, the following characteristics may naturally occur. These are normal characteristics of enamelware and are not considered defects.
Firing / hanging marks: Small black areas where the enamel coating is absent may be visible on the underside of the rim. These are caused by the hooks used to suspend the product during firing.
Black spots, lines, yellowing, or stains: Small marks may occur due to dust in the high-temperature kiln or reactions with the stainless-steel fixtures used during production.
Uneven enamel coating: Enamel may not adhere evenly to edges and other difficult-to-coat areas. Dark areas around the edges may be the first layer of enamel and are not defects.
Minor variations in the enamel finish are a natural result of the manufacturing process.

Heating & Safety Instructions
Suitable for use over a direct gas flame.
Not compatible with induction (IH) cooktops.
Never heat the mug while empty.
When heating, fill only up to approximately 70% of its capacity.
Do not use on top of a stove/heater.
The handle may become extremely hot during heating. Always use an oven mitt or other appropriate heat protection.
Never use in a microwave, as this product contains metal and may cause fire or damage.
The body of the mug can become very hot when filled with hot beverages. Please take care to avoid burns.
Dishwasher & Care Instructions
Dishwasher Safe: Yes.
When using a dishwasher, please use a neutral/mild detergent.
Wash and dry thoroughly after each use.
Wiping away moisture and allowing the mug to dry completely will help reduce the possibility of rust.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive powders, or abrasive cleansers, as they may damage the enamel surface.
For normal hand washing, use a soft sponge with dishwashing detergent, rinse thoroughly, wipe away moisture with a soft cloth, and allow to dry.
To remove burnt-on residue, soak the mug in warm water until the residue softens, then gently wash it with a soft sponge and dishwashing detergent. Do not scrape it with hard or metal objects.
Avoid leaving salt, acidic substances, or other residue on the mug for extended periods, and avoid storing it in humid conditions.
Additional Notes
Enamelware is made by applying a glass-like enamel coating over a steel base. Because enamel is difficult to apply completely to exposed steel edges, these areas may be more susceptible to rust.
The enamel surface is glass-like and may chip or crack if dropped or subjected to strong impact.
Strongly acidic liquids such as lemon juice or bleach may damage or peel the printed design.
If rust occurs, it can generally be cleaned gently with a soft sponge. Iron oxide (ordinary rust) itself is not considered harmful to the human body.
