Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the staples are attached an inch off the spine the centerfold is detached from one of the rusty staples half inch spine split It's a bit dirty dusty or musty as to be expected by an item that's more than 50 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
