This is a beautiful vintage Imperial Glass Co. footed open jelly compote in the 'Whirling Star' pattern (Pattern #555). This Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) piece features a stunning pressed design with star and pinwheel motifs, a scalloped rim, and a sturdy footed base. It is a classic example of early 20th-century decorative glassware. This design was originally part of their famous early 20th-century NUcut line.

This elegant piece showcases a deeply pressed motif of spinning rosettes, geometric hobstars, fans, and arch crescents that beautifully capture and refract light.
