A DUPLICATE IT IS BRAND NEWThroughout the early 1900s Arm & Hammer included a small bird card in each box of Baking Soda. These cards changed over time and whenever a new card was added the STORE OWNER received a \"merchant\" card advertising the new card that was in each box
These STORE CARDS were a large version of the tiny card and were only given to store owners to advertise the new cards.
I\'ve been a collector of Arm & Hammer bird cards and signs for decades and I have never seen an Ivory-billed Woodpecker Store Merchant Sign offered. I have spoken to other serious collectors who all told me that such a Store card was probably never made.
SO, being an Ivory-Bill Woodpecker fan, I took it upon myself to design and make one. I really just wanted to see what such a large card wouldlook like and I knew I would enjoy having it.
I am offering a duplicate for sale, it measures 8 X 12 inches and is printed on a metal plate so it is very strongand will endure forever.
