The lights need to be small enough for the covers to stretch over them.
They are new, but may have some dust marks from storage.
I was able to wipe this off fairly easily on a few of the worst stained covers I had.
If there are any dust marks/stains on the covers you receive most of it will likely wipe off.Thanks.
