The Lamy AL-Star Graphite fountain pen has the familiar AL-Star shape in a deep graphite grey. The body is anodized aluminum with a metal wire clip and a see-through grip. The design won an iF Design Award.

The fountain pen writes with a steel nib. The grip is symmetrically pre-shaped and settles your fingers into the right position, even through longer stretches of writing. Aluminum keeps the pen light but solid.

It ships with a LAMY T10 cartridge in blue.
