ABOUT THIS CARD:
Vintage 1930s Shelby\'s Hollywood Picture Star Gum trading card #17 Lew Ayres.
Vintage trading card measures approximately 2-3/8\" X 3\". US issue. Red-text on back. The R68 in the title refers to the American Card Catalog (ACC) designation for the set this card come from.
Cards from the Shelby Gum issue feature the same images as the 1938 Hamilton Gum issue out of Canada, though I noticed any film titles mentioned on Shelby Gum cards dated to 1933. PSA dates the Shelby Gum set to 1937. 1930s is the safest label, so I\'ll stick with that.
This sale is for one card from a set of forty.
GRADING - CONDITION:
Grades G-VG or 3.5/10 with a surface crease inside the portrait oval but not over Ayres\' face; light corner wear; light to moderate overall soiling. Scans show both sides of actual card for sale.
