Features a scalloped turquoise rim with a purple gilt-scrolled band framing a yellow center panel hand-painted with a floral bouquet (roses, tulips, blue flowers). Ornate cast gilt bronze scroll handles and a shell-form pedestal base complete the piece. Marked “Limoges France” in green on the underside.
