# Condition Notes
This 2-piece military lot is in very good vintage structural condition. Both ceramic/stoneware bodies are completely free of chips, cracks, hairline fractures, or crazing. The hand-painted glazes remain exceptionally bright and clean.
**Please Note Condition Variations:** The 1964 stein is completely intact with its original pewter flip lid securely attached at the hinge. The 1963 stein is missing its original pewter lid; its molded factory hinge hole on top of the faux-wood ceramic handle remains open and exposed exactly as manufactured. The interiors of both steins are clean and free of stains. Please thoroughly review all provided macro photographs to verify the exact cosmetic details of both pieces.
