Dear Customer: All items ship as Ground Advantage due to the post office rules for rigid flat items. Due to multiple increases in prices from the USPS I now have no choice but to increase my shipping rates from $4.75 to $5.00 per package. I combine shipping to save you money which most sellers no longer do. I don\'t rip off customers by offering inflated \"free shipping\" on every photo I sell.Therefore to offset this increase (yet again) photo prices will now be $3.00 each. I am very sorry but I have no choice.
