This commemorative, postmarked Kirby Puckett Postcard is a professionally printed 4x6 postcard with full color on both sides. There is a UV coating on the front and unfinished coating on back for easy writing/stamp standard use. Photos were taken by Low and Inside, LLC around 1992 in Milwaukee when the Brewers were playing the Minnesota Twins at County Stadium. The two photos were selected for this commemorative postcard to capture Hall of Famer, Puckett in an un-posed scene prepping for another legendary at bat. The words \"Kirby Puckett 1960-2006\" are included on the front lower right corner.
Kirby Puckett passed away on March 6, 2006. We have a very limited number of these postcards that were officially postmarked/cancelled exactly 1 year after Kirby\'s death on March 6, 2007 by Postmaster in Anoka MN 55303. Postmark is very clean and also includes a 39 cent Mickey Mantle USA Postage Stamp.
