MONTBLANC Meisterstück No. 84 Rolled Gold Fountain Pen 18C Gold Fine Nib Serviced

n 1959, the Montblanc line up was redesigned. All three-digit pens (142, 144, 146) except the 149 were discontinued. The new line up was slimmer and fitted with a new “butterfly” nib. The pens were segmented into three tiers Meisterstuck, Medium Range and Economy. The pens came in two sizes. Pens ending in “2” were smaller in size while pens ending in “4” were larger.The No. 84 is in the Meisterstück tier. The pen features an 18k Gold \"Butterfly\" nib and rolled gold cap and barrel. The pen is in A, Very Good condition. Please note there is an engraving on the cap from the previous owner.This pen has been serviced by our pen repair team. The nib unit has been sealed using 100% pure silicone grease to prevent leaks and the piston unit has been lubricated to ensure proper filling action.
