Made of porcelain, it is hand painted with great details! He is 11 1/2\" tall, 6\" wide, & 8\" deep. He is wearing a navy coat with gold buttons and a Navy & white hat w/ an anchor emblem. He is smoking his cigar, as all their English Bulldogs steins have, while handling the steering wheel & checking the horizon with his scope. There is a compass at the bottom & the 7\" handle is a sculptured Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
