Spine Split / Centerfold Separation: There is a vertical split or separation running along the interior centerfold fold line, with a visible tear/rupture at the staple/crease area (noted around the middle staple and extending through several consecutive center pages where the paper is pulling apart at the fold).
Page Edge Tear: On the specific page featuring Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four panels, there is a small edge tear or split along the spine/gutter margin that affects the structural integrity of that leaf.
