This magnificent pot features Ledezma\'s signature design hallmarks: a meticulously hand-painted geometric grid accented with incredibly fine sgraffito-etched ant motifs. In Southwestern and Mexican folk traditions, the ant symbolizes patience, diligence, and unity.
The jar was formed by hand without a potter\'s wheel, burnished smooth with polished agate stones, and painted using natural mineral pigments.
