Item Description:Vintage German postcard formatted as a "Telegramm aus München" celebrating the famous Hofbräuhaus in Munich. Features illustrations of a traditional HB beer stein, hops, wheat, Bavarian coats of arms, and the Munich skyline artwork by artist K. K. Tilsner. Mailed via airmail ("Mit Luftpost") to New Jersey, USA, in 1960 with a Deutsche Bundespost 40pf stamp and a special red "Aufgabeort Hofbräuhaus" cancellation stamp.
