NOS Vintage Amber 10\" Glass Student Shade, Crimp Top for Aladdin, Rayo, B & H + For Sale

This sale is for a 10\" fitter, Amber Glass Student glass lamp shade with Crimp Top

Actual bottom diameter is 9-7/8\" which is standard for a 10\" fitter shade.

Stands 7-1/2\" high These shades are hand blown into a mold to create consistency in size and shape. With hand blown glass, it is common to have occasional air bubbles and swirl marks. I check each shade to make sure there are no major issues, but all shades are subject to minor manufacturing imperfections. I\'ll call it \"character\".NOTE: Two of the pictures I have provided show this shade displayed on an Aladdin lamp. The lamp is not included with this sale. The purpose of the picture is to show that a frosted lamp chimney would be recommended to be used with this shade instead of a clear chimney to avoid seeing the light bulb and hardware through the shade. I do have chimney\'s available to purchase, if needed. (10\" frosted chimney with 3\" or 2-5/8\" fitter sell for approximately $15 each).

I was able to purchase a few of these great shades from a storage room
of a USA glass manufacturer. It is New, Old Stock.

It was made several years ago and it has been in storage.
Anything like these that would be made today would be stained.
This is the old formula Amber Glass, not stained.
